Information collected by us includes personal identifiers such as name, address, contact details, date of birth, purchase or account history, health information including health conditions, photographs and video recordings, records of meetings, marketing preferences and records of consent.
This data will be collected from you directly with consent, in order to provide personal training services, service updates, marketing purposes, & for dealing with queries, complaints or claims.
Health information, which is classed as a special category & therefore subject to additional protection, will be taken as part of a PAR-Q (Physical activity readiness questionnaire) and used to inform training session design.
That we will not share this information unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

· Personal information is required in order to offer exercise plans and coaching which best fit each client. It will also be used to contact clients if planned sessions are cancelled, in case of emergency, or for other administrative needs.

Information for clients is stored for seven years following the cancellation of services.
